Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Job Description

Boeing is looking for a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to work in Nowra, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting sheet metal and composite repairs on the EC135 aircraft and its associated components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sheet metal and composite repairs on the EC135 aircraft and its components.
  • Work alongside other aviation maintenance trades in diverse environments.
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and procedures.
  • Implement maintenance tasks according to the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and certified documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team and organizational goals.
  • Meet the requirements for a "Baseline" Security Clearance as per Defence Department regulations.
  • Be willing to reside in the Nowra area.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Structures) is essential.
  • Previous experience as a maintenance quality inspector or supervisor in an aircraft maintenance environment is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective teamwork.
  • Australian citizenship is required for a "Baseline" Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Nowra area is necessary.
