Logistics Data Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Data Analyst to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of critical Defence projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving. You will be responsible for reviewing and remedying problematic items of supply (PIOS) data quality in our Defence ERP system, analysing the impacts on policy, processes, and training.

In this challenging role, you will also support the implementation of recommended solutions to address policy, procedural, and training gaps identified. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders, undertake a training needs analysis, and author PIOS policies, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and remediate PIOS data quality in the Defence ERP system
  • Analyse the impacts on policy, processes, and training
  • Support the implementation of recommended solutions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong experience in logistics and supply chain management
  • Experience in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Prior experience using MILIS and SAP is beneficial but not necessary
  • Security clearance required
