
Complaint Resolution Specialist

As a dispute resolution professional, you will be part of an exceptional team that focuses on fair and timely complaint resolutions. You will adhere to regulatory guidelines and ensure that complainants receive the best possible outcomes. Your role will involve handling end-to-end complaints for a trustee office, overseeing both simple and complex superannuation cases. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying trends and insights to improve member experience and prevent complaints.
Responsibilities
- Ensure fair and timely outcomes for complainants in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end complaint handling for the trustee office, including simple and complex superannuation cases.
- Identify trends and insights to enhance member satisfaction and prevent complaints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in dispute resolution within the financial services industry - essential.
- Superannuation expertise - highly desirable.
- Strong customer focus, with proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Ability to take ownership of your caseload and apply effective decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Good commercial acumen.
