As the Dispute Resolutions Team Leader, you will oversee a team of specialists who resolve complaints and manage external relations for the ANZ region.

You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with AU regulations as it relates to complaints, and have strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate complaint trends.

This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage the team effectively in-person and remotely.

  • Support your team to deliver a customer-centric experience, establish performance expectations, and drive daily improvement.
  • Provide assistance to the Customer Service team for escalated complaints.
  • Understand complaint drivers and analyze complaint data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
