About the Role
This leadership position oversees the operational aspects of the Ngunnawal Centre, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of Indigenous Student Success and the Centre.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Day-to-day operations management, including budgeting and reporting
- Supervision of staff performance and continuous improvement of practices and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of Indigenous education and support services
- Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills
- Commitment to promoting Indigenous student success and higher education
- Financial management experience and excellent organisational and administrative skills
