Key Responsibilities
  • We oversee the development and implementation of new product projects, ensuring timely completion within agreed scope and budget.
  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive coordinated approaches to product innovation and lifecycle management.
  • We create detailed project plans, identifying and sequencing activities needed for successful project completion.
  • We develop communication strategies and provide updates on project progress to stakeholders.
  • We review project schedules with senior management and team members, revising as necessary to ensure successful completion.

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll lead the project management, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of new product development and lifecycle management projects in accordance with agreed upon scope, timing, and objectives.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience successfully managing and delivering new product development or lifecycle management projects.
  • Prior experience developing medical devices is highly desirable.
  • You'll have strong proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • A strong communicator, you'll speak, listen, and write clearly, thoroughly, and in a timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools.

This role requires driving cross-functional project execution through collaboration with various functional groups, including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams.
