Responsibilities:- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Reception duties: process payments, manage front reception, and provide excellent patient service
- Experience in dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using dental software packages
