Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Brisbane, QLD.

This role will be responsible for the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment within a nominated region in support of a wider national network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service priorities and schedules effectively.
  • Ensure fleet vehicles are safe, clean, and properly resourced.
  • Coordinate and perform mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Establish and maintain relevant service-related information.
  • Provide product service training to clients as required.
  • Build and maintain a customer base to promote financial growth.
  • Participate in regular internal product-based training to meet OEM standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine cause of mechanical or electrical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License.
