Outdoor Equipment Specialist Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves performing mechanical work on turf maintenance-related equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field service priorities and schedules effectively, ensuring safety and cleanliness of service fleet vehicles, and coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage field service priorities and schedules to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure the safe and proper operation of service fleet vehicles.
  • Perform complex mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of service-related information.
  • Provide product service training to clients as required.
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base to promote business growth.
  • Participate in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Proficiency in using test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License.
