Job Description:

The role of a Field Service Technician involves providing expert mechanical work in the repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment. This will involve effectively managing field service priorities and schedules, ensuring the safety, cleanliness and proper resourcing of service fleet vehicles, as well as coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
