Turf maintenance and equipment are crucial for any commercial or residential landscape. A field service technician is required to join our team in Brisbane to ensure the upkeep of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Schedules: Manage daily, weekly, monthly tasks to guarantee timely completion and prioritize urgent matters.
  • Safety First: Ensure the cleanliness and proper resourcing of service fleet vehicles, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Perform various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Service Information Management: Establish and maintain relevant service-related information, facilitating effective communication between clients and the service center.
  • Customer Service Training: Provide product service training to clients as required, enhancing their understanding and utilization of equipment capabilities.
  • Customer Base Development: Build and maintain a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre through regular engagement and support.
  • Ongoing Training: Participate in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team environment, leveraging collaboration to achieve common objectives.
  • Maintenance and Repair Experience: Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Licensing: A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License.
