Senior Transformation Professional

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive organisational change and growth.

About the Role

This 12-month contract opportunity is perfect for a highly skilled Change Manager looking to make a lasting impact. You'll design, implement and embed change management plans and artefacts to support key initiatives across Program Diamond.

  • Developing and delivering tailored change management plans that meet program objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Creating impactful training materials, communication campaigns and other change artefacts to support Programme Diamond initiatives.
  • Applying best practice to develop and embed a robust change management framework that delivers exceptional outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior Change Management roles.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Organisational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources or Project Management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with advanced executive presentation capabilities.
  • Proven expertise in driving large-scale organisational change efforts and cultural uplift programmes.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools on complex programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
