Job Title: Transformational Change Leader

  • Playbooks embedded across business units and adopted as part of standard practice.
  • Improved culture and performance indicators as measured through internal feedback tools.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in organisation design, change management, or HR leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing leaders in creative environments.
  • Experience working in matrix environments and coordinating across multiple teams.
