Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement a vision for the WA region business plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Understand market trends impacting the business and use these insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Act as a liaison between the APAC market leader community and the WA region.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business development goals.
    • Establish relationships with key clients and oversee the development of integrated client engagement plans.
    • Lead business development activities and campaigns locally, building GHD's profile and relationships with key decision makers.
  • Client Focus
    • Build executive-level relationships with key clients and understand their priorities and needs.
    • Share market insights and identify potential opportunities for growth.
    • Lead events and client-facing activities aligned with company objectives.
  • Leadership
    • Lead teams within the WA region, focusing on talent development and succession planning.
    • Contribute to company-wide leadership initiatives and participate in priority pursuits and key bids.
    • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
