Agreement Management Specialist

We are seeking an Agreement Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by helping customers understand their complex business problems and translating them into solutions using our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform.

  • Serve as the technical lead on accounts in partnership with Sales across the Commercial segment.
  • Maintain strong business partnerships with various stakeholders to maximize impact across customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct deep technology discovery with executive-level stakeholder groups.
  • Inform Sales account planning with strategic technical insights.
  • Map customer challenges and opportunities through value messaging assets.
  • Deliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions.

This is an individual contributor role that requires a background in a strategic sales environment and demonstrated success positioning enterprise-wide solutions.

We are looking for a high-impact individual who is driven by curiosity, challenges customers to think bigger, and drives strong sales outcomes through platform value selling.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of prior experience within a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in delivering software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.

As an Agreement Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Product, and more.
