Job Title: HR Business Analyst - Process Optimizer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the transformation of our HR systems landscape.

About the Role:
  • Analyse, document, and optimise processes across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the HR function to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
  • Drive system enhancements and support strategic HR initiatives using expertise in HR technologies such as SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within HR or Human Capital Management domains.
  • Strong understanding of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and associated HR processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
