As a skilled Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing everyday living skills, promoting access and participation in community, and improving overall quality of life and physical and mental health.

  • Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines, ensuring their well-being and dignity are respected.
  • Working in participants' homes or in our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA), providing person-centred care and support.
  • Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and high clinical needs, requiring expertise and empathy.
  • Administering medication and following detailed health support plans, prioritising safety and well-being.
  • Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques, promoting positive outcomes and relationships.
  • Providing meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants, respecting their individuality and autonomy.
  • Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated support.
