- Working in participants' homes or in our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA), providing person-centred care and support.
- Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and high clinical needs, requiring expertise and empathy.
- Administering medication and following detailed health support plans, prioritising safety and well-being.
- Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques, promoting positive outcomes and relationships.
- Providing meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants, respecting their individuality and autonomy.
- Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated support.
