Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities. Our clients require a high level of support, including assistance with daily living tasks, managing complex behaviors, and providing emotional support.

  • Provide personal care, inclusive of bowel stimulation and catheter flushing
  • Monitor blood pressure
  • Utilize hoists and slings for manual handling
  • Manage complex behavioral issues using knowledge of behavioral support plans
  • Prepare meals and administer medication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid NDIS check, CPR certification, and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential, as we provide in-house training for the right candidate.
