About This Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Quality and Safeguarding initiatives.
This role will ensure compliance with NDIS standards, policy, and legislation. It involves driving continuous improvement in risk management, WHS, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
The successful candidate will manage partnerships with Supported Independent Living (SIL) and onsite support providers. They will also oversee incident management and investigation processes in line with Commission requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality and safeguarding initiatives to ensure compliance with NDIS standards, policy, and legislation.
- Drive continuous improvement in risk management, WHS, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
- Manage partnerships with SIL and onsite support providers.
- Oversee incident management and investigation processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in community housing, compliance, or disability services.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS standards, safeguarding, and rights of people with disability.
- Experience leading WHS, risk, and quality assurance programs.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
Desirable Skills
A strong understanding of NDIS portals, SDA claims, and quality system development would be beneficial.
