Facilities Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintenance of property structure, facade, fittings, finishes and services.
- Coordinate effective management of all property services and maintenance works.
- Manage specialist contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms and scope of works.
- Implement and maintain a computerised Planned Preventative Maintenance system.
- Conduct periodic building and plant inspections to determine repair priorities.
- Prepare annual operations and capital works budgets with quarterly monitoring.
- Implement energy, water and waste conservation initiatives.
- Contribute to maintaining high NABERS ratings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager in A-Grade or Premium Assets.
- Tertiary qualifications (desirable) or Trade Certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact at all levels.
- Strong customer service ethic with positive approach to meeting client needs.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
