About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Talent Specialist who truly enjoys a 360 recruitment role. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process from sourcing and screening underground mining personnel, administration to mobilisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, preferably in the maintenance or mining and metals industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced 360 recruitment role including advertising, interviewing, background checks and mobilisation.
  • Proactive talent attraction: know what channels to use and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to maintain a recruitment database (success factors) to the highest standard.
