Career Development Advisor Role

Our organization is seeking a Career Development Advisor to drive inclusive employment outcomes by connecting people with intellectual disability to local job opportunities. This is a front-line, target-driven role where you'll combine case management with proactive employer engagement to create sustainable employment matches that benefit both the individual and the business.

About You
  • You will have experience in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services.
  • You must have proven success in a sales or target-driven environment.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills are essential.
  • You will understand employer needs and the local labour market.
  • You must be able to work independently and in a dispersed team environment.
  • Experience working with people with intellectual disability or other support needs is highly regarded.
