Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide high-level support to our Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, where they have honed their skills in supporting recruitment professionals throughout the entire hiring process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for general recruitment queries
  • Collaborating to engage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the coordination and undertaking of activities for volume/bulk recruitment campaigns
  • Providing high-level recruitment and administrative support to the Recruitment Team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, where you have supported recruitment professionals throughout the entire hiring process
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate to manage a joint workload and achieve common goals
  • Confidence to liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on business matters
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • High level of initiative, self-directed work style and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Effective time management with a high level of attention to detail
