Stroke Service Development

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team and contribute their expertise in stroke service development. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical input into the management, development, and delivery of stroke services in Southern NSW Local Health District.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert clinical input into the development and delivery of stroke services
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to implement project plans and drive innovation
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Leading and managing high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 5 years full-time equivalent postgraduate experience and relevant tertiary qualifications in the field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
