A Rare Opportunity

A unique opportunity has arisen for a specialist in SAP Sales and Distribution & Customer Connectivity to join our in-house SAP team. You will play a pivotal role in our transformation from a traditional on-premise ECC system to SAP cloud services. This is your chance to make a significant impact on a historic brand and lead Arnott's digital transformation.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of Customer Service and logistics applications, focusing on SAP systems.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and external partners, including customers and 3PL providers.
  • Act as a strategic IT partner to the Customer Service and logistics departments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT solutions and drive outcomes.
  • Oversee Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other vendors supporting SAP functions.
  • Ensure vendor performance, compliance, and service delivery standards.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with SAP ECC configuration and knowledge of cloud products (CPI, CI, Fiori).
  • Take ownership of challenges within the SAP Order to Cash domain, finding effective solutions pragmatically and constructively.
What We're Looking For

We require a highly experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in IT or Supply Chain, official SAP Training and Certification, and at least 10 years of SAP Sales & Distribution experience, including leading SAP SD implementations. Strong integration knowledge between SAP SD and other modules (FICO, MM) with hands-on experience in Customer connectivity, EDI, IDOC, and API integration is essential. Experience in SAP sales order, delivery, and warehouse processes, and exposure to SAP CPI architecture are also necessary.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, are critical for this role. A competitive salary of $120,000 per annum reflects the significance of this position and the value we place on attracting top talent.
