About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Private Wealth Adviser Assistant to join our client's growing team at Keegan Adams Recruitment. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support to a Female Financial Advisor, working with Ultra High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, families, and charities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present client documentation, including account opening and transfer forms.
  • Coordinate asset transfers, rollovers, and cash receipts, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement Welcome Packs, scheduling client reviews in Xplan.
  • Manage the review cycle meeting calendar for advisers, ensuring timely and efficient meetings.
  • Handle term deposit rollovers, corporate actions, and trade settlements with precision.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, building strong relationships.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to arrange adviser meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support the risk management and compliance culture, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
About You
  • Previous experience in administration or support roles within wealth management is essential.
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills are crucial for success.
  • A strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude are vital for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment is essential for growth and development.
