Radiation Oncology Specialist Role in Sydney

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Oncology Registrar to join our team at Icon Group's Concord cancer treatment centre. This is a full-time, maximum term contract position that offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Participate with consultants and other members of the treatment team to deliver optimal patient care.
- Document patient encounters and clinical care accurately.
- Develop knowledge of treatment positions and techniques through simulation training.
- Evaluate treatment plans critically and communicate effectively with the planning team.
- Consult with relatives, nursing, allied health, and radiation therapy team members to ensure effective communication.
- MBBS or equivalent with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Minimum of two years clinical experience post-graduation (PGY3+)
- Interest in pursuing a career in radiation oncology.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $150,000 to $250,000 AUD, depending on experience.
