Change Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring change initiatives are effectively managed, adopted and embedded.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading change management within complex project environments, preferably within a PMO or transformation office. They will possess a strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) and their practical application.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to leverage their skills and expertise to drive organisational project maturity uplift and support successful project delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities across the portfolio and within projects.
  • Support the integration of change management into project lifecycle governance and reporting frameworks.
  • Champion a culture of change agility and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Change Management roles.
  • Proven experience in leading change management within complex project environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and their practical application.
  • Relevant certifications such as Prosci (or other).
