As a Business Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace services and driving innovation to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class workplace services, including facilities management, mail and courier services, reception, premises management, security, maintenance, catering, and crisis management.
- Oversee tenancy operations, including contract management, repairs, relocations, and budget administration.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement through research, supplier engagement, and technology solutions.
- Manage budgets, expenditure, rosters, and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a top-tier professional services firm or similar environment.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and team engagement skills.
- Proven project and contract management expertise.
