HR Administrator We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our People & Culture department on a 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify process enhancements and implement changes in production.
  • Create and configure extension forms for production use.
  • Manage reporting requirements and support data analysis within the HR function.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and demonstrate expertise in SuccessFactors.
  • Utilise Power BI for reporting and data visualisation.
  • Provide backend administration support, including exposure to SAP and payroll systems.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in backend HR administration.
  • Expertise in administering Learning Management Systems, particularly experience with SuccessFactors.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in using Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
  • Australian citizenship or valid work visa.
