Senior Home Companion Position

We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to provide exceptional in-home care services to elderly clients in Gladstone.

This role is crucial in fostering client independence and enhancing their overall quality of life. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the personalized care they deserve, helping them live comfortably and with dignity in their own homes.

  • Administer medications with accuracy and responsibility, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  • Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld.
  • Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Home Companion.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
