Job Opportunity: In-Home Care Support
">We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our care team as in-home support workers. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of elderly clients and their families.
">About the Role
">In this role, you will provide person-centred support that empowers clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering Personalised Care: You will work with clients to understand their unique preferences, routines, and needs, and tailor your support accordingly.">
- Supporting Daily Living Activities: You will assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, household duties, transportation, and companionship.">
- Fostering Independence: You will help clients maintain their lifestyle and wellbeing by promoting independence and providing support when needed.">
Working Hours
">This role requires 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer regular, consistent shifts within standard business hours.

">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Compassionate Nature: You will need to possess a compassionate nature and be able to work with elderly clients.">
