Companionship and Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide companionship and support services for individuals living at home.

About the Role:

This role involves delivering personal care, household domestic assistance, meal preparation, accompanying clients on outings, and providing general companionship. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work autonomously, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Assisting with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
  • Accompanying clients on outings, appointments, and social events
  • Providing emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

  • A background in community services or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and CPR certification
