Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager to lead our Quality Management System in accordance with international standards.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of our Quality Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
  • Monitor and report on key operational, regulatory, legal, and reputational risks to leadership.
  • Coordinate internal quality file reviews and risk audits across service lines to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare the firm for external reviews or inspections, and oversee remediation actions as required.
  • Manage the firm's risk register and lead incident management processes, including breaches, complaints, data incidents, and professional indemnity claim notifications.
  • Liaise with leadership, practice heads, and service line teams to support risk mitigation and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Monitor staff compliance with independence declarations, CPD obligations, and confidentiality standards.
