Job Overview:

The National Quality Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the corporate team to deliver exceptional product integrity, packaging, and labelling excellence across Australia and New Zealand. This position demands a strong background in food science or technology, with extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a high level of expertise in risk management, quality control systems, and cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and travel interstate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems that meet international standards
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals and objectives
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement control measures to ensure product safety
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Expertise in risk management, quality control systems, and HACCP
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
