
Career Launch Sales Administrator

Our client is seeking an entry-level Real Estate Associate to launch their sales and administration career.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who demonstrates enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills. As a Bilingual Sales Professional, you will work closely with experienced professionals to provide seamless support and administration, enabling our clients' business to reach new levels of excellence.
The Role:
- Liaise with vendors and buyers to ensure quality real estate services
- Provide end-to-end administrative support
- Assist sales agents and property managers with open homes and private inspections
- Research and identify new opportunities within the market
- Daily support of prospecting activities, including phone prospecting and letterbox drops
- Respond promptly on behalf of the team
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Cantonese in professional oral communication and writing
- Experience in admin/customer service (Real Estate experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be trustworthy
- Experienced in MS Office Suite
- Current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or Real Estate Licence
- Desire for long-term career in Real Estate Sales
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
