Job Description

As a Data Entry Administrator Assistant, you will utilize your existing organizational, time management, and communication skills to manage day-to-day administrative duties and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update database and monitor activity
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivables/Payable or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Be first point of contact for customer queries
  • Relationship building & customer correspondence
  • Monitor and update customer information
  • Read and approve customer requests
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Audit daily customer activity
  • Approve new customer accounts
  • General administration duties, as directed by senior management
