As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Service and Selling staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion our Customer First Strategy and drive business growth through superior customer service and sales.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including workforce management and productivity optimization.
- Coach and mentor staff to develop their skills and achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Lead by example and promote a high-performance, customer-focused service and selling culture.
- Maximize time spent on the selling floor to lead and manage the business, understand customer needs, and coach and support staff.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar.
- Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPIs.
- Experience in performance management and coaching.
- Superior customer service and selling skills.
- Strong retail, financial, and business acumen.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
