Job Opportunity

This exciting role is responsible for overseeing retail operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent standards, driving revenue, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, hospitality, or a related field, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily retail operations, providing support to village management teams and developing high-performing retail staff.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, particularly the Supply Chain team, to drive collaborative efforts.
  • Develop and implement retail initiatives, project planning, and training programs.
  • Monitor retail standards, pricing strategies, and merchandising requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular village visits, supporting refurbishments and new installations, and maintaining required licenses.
  • Oversee monthly POS reporting, data integrity, invoicing processes, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate II (or higher) in Retail Services/Management.
  • Certificate-level qualification in Hospitality or Business (desirable).

Requirements:

  • Relevant retail operations / management experience within large grocery sector, petrol and convenience multi-site operations, or franchise environments.
  • High-volume hospitality or accommodation operations experience is also highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in retail stock inventory systems, POS.
  • Strong understanding of retail systems and change management.
  • Experience in training and leadership.
