Retail Operations Manager

Job Title:
Facilities ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, services and operations of retail assets.
- Maintain assets, facilities, services, plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance, efficiency and life cycle planning.
- Drive best practice by collaborating with stakeholders to administer a comprehensive compliance program particularly with regards to risk management for critical site operations.
- Manage expenditure for the retail asset ensuring that it aligns with the business objectives.
- Tender and negotiate maintenance contracts providing regular performance data for reporting requirements.
- Actively maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) obligations completing audits and reviews as required.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and clients.
Key Requirements:
- Strong customer engagement and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications.
- Strong understanding of industry best practice, sustainability and legislative compliance.
- Experience with operating FM-specific systems and platforms.
