Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled nurses to provide clinical services to young people and their families who are experiencing mental health concerns.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
About the Role:- Undertaking complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies, including the development and implementation of specialized treatment programs.
- Working alongside innovative team leaders and consultant psychiatrists to develop new youth mental health services in Tasmania.
- Collaborating with an amazing and diverse group of clinicians as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, providing support and consultation to other team members as required.
- Providing complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies to young people and their families.
- Developing and implementing specialized treatment programs.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Working with Children Registration.
- A postgraduate qualification or working towards a postgraduate qualification relevant to the role.
- A competitive salary range: $106,570 - $112,440 per annum.
