About the Position

You will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional food service to patients and customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving meals and beverages according to dietary requirements and standards.
  • Assisting with basic food preparation under the direction of our cooks and chef.
  • Delivering and collecting menus, food trays, and beverages.
  • Maintaining cleanliness within the department in accordance with safety plans and HACCP standards.
  • Supporting the team with stock management and daily operations.

You will report to your supervisor and work alongside a dedicated team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a positive and energetic team player with a focus on customer service. Desired skills include:

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly professional manner.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster.

Highly desirable: Previous experience in a similar team or relevant certification.
