**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the back-office data processes and setups, ensuring timely and accurate data transfer between fuel suppliers, Fuel Supply, and Fuel Accounting systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage data transfer errors between Fuel Shepherd and SAP
  • Determine root cause of missing pricing requests and aid in resolution
  • Audit monthly and ensure new supply points are set up
  • Track project metrics and lead the team in adopting a more streamlined approach to managing new and expiring contract pricing formulas

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5+ years of relevant business experience
  • PC proficiency with emphasis on SAP and Windows-based Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong people skills required to positively impact cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills required

**Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:**

This role requires continuous sitting and typing, frequent talking, and occasional standing, walking, bending over, and repetitive use of legs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
