Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including software licenses, procurement agreements, and IT service contracts
  2. Initial review of sales contracts
  3. Providing counsel on legal risks facing the organization
  4. Supporting the Data Privacy team and responding to subject access requests
  5. Assisting with legal research, memo drafting, and confidential correspondence
  6. Collaborating on legal department projects and coordinating tasks
  7. Handling confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment
Requirements
  • Admitted attorney in the US with active membership and good standing
  • Minimum of 5+ years post-admission experience
  • Experience with Cloud/SaaS and enterprise software transactions
  • Strong understanding of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with others
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills
