Job Title: IT Business Analyst

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance user experiences, efficiency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate efforts of business analysts and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
  2. Gather, document, and configure solutions related to software products/projects.
  3. Document requirements for new features and transition knowledge to the development team.
  4. Provide support to users by creating reports and query tools.
  5. Advise on end-user training for business applications.
  6. Troubleshoot and maintain existing applications.
  7. Provide technical consulting on information systems projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8 years of experience in business analysis or information technology.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage tasks without direct supervision.
  • Self-motivated and able to keep abreast of technology and healthcare trends.
