Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with travellers from around the world, showcasing a diverse range of luxury goods and exclusive products;
  • Sharing your expertise in skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances to help customers discover the perfect products for their needs;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards are consistently met;
  • Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives;

In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

  • Fluency in Mandarin (普通话) is highly desirable but not required;
  • You must be COVID vaccinated and able to provide evidence, have full working rights in Australia, and hold a current RSA certificate or be willing to obtain one;
