About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Representative to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our clients' experiences, providing personalized interactions and cultivating strong relationships through strategic selling, product expertise, and proactive client follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute individual Annual Net Sales plans by developing strong customer relationships and adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills, in accordance with TCO training modules and standards.
- Cultivate customers through personalized interactions, emphasizing the Tiffany Experience and exceeding expectations.
- Learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rates, fostering loyalty and retention.
- Embody and inspire luxury standards in presentation and behavior, consistently delivering the Tiffany Experience.
- Manage customer issues and complaints, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a positive reputation.
- Become an active member of the store team, supporting initiatives and efforts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others at work, adhering to system protocols for managing health and safety.
- Support Client Advisors in achieving sales plans through mentoring and coaching, promoting a culture of collaboration and success.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience, demonstrating a proven track record of sales success.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service ethics, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM software.
- Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, with a deep understanding of the industry's nuances.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred, but not required.
