Job Title: Compliance Risk Manager
">- To take on the role of Compliance Risk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization maintains a strong governance and risk management framework.
Description:
">- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the compliance and conduct risk team. This individual will be instrumental in providing expert advice on regulatory compliance and conduct risk management across various areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement methodologies to assess, measure, and report compliance & conduct risks.
- SUPPORTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF REGULATORY CHANGES AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT, CLAIMS HANDLING, AND PRODUCT GOVERNANCE.
- DESIGNING AND DELIVERING TRAINING PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE AWARENESS OF COMPLIANCE RISKS.
Requirements:
">- A strong background in compliance and conduct risk with experience embedding robust frameworks, preferably in insurance.
- An ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, jargon-free manner.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
