Job Title: Risk and Compliance Specialist

Meriton is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to lead the development, implementation and oversight of our group-wide risk and compliance frameworks.

  • Develop a comprehensive enterprise-wide risk management framework.
  • Assess and monitor risks specific to each division, recommending mitigation strategies and business continuity plans.
  • Oversee compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in risk and compliance management, ideally within property or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance best practice.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
