As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our channel business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with existing partners to meet shared business objectives by achieving agreed revenue and pipeline targets, providing sales and technical support aligned with the partner program, and creating a dedicated marketing strategy for joint activities.
  • Foster ongoing engagement between our organization and partners, identifying and recruiting new partners in the designated area, emphasizing quality partnerships over quantity and ensuring alignment of new partners with Silverfort's profile.
  • Maintain regular communication with the local Silverfort team by establishing daily contact for active collaboration between our team and channel partners.
  • Drive the existing partners in alignment with agreed business plans to achieve joint goals, including an agreed revenue goal and an agreed pipeline goal.
  • Create and maintain a dedicated Marketing plan of activities, driving engagement between both organizations, and ensuring a continued local touch point of Silverfort within the partner.
  • Identify and recruit more partners in the territory, focusing on quality over quantity of partners and ensuring the partner profile matches that of Silverfort.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, and/or implementation for channels.
  • Knowledge of or experience with working with the insurance industry partners.
  • Significant hands-on experience and demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
  • Must demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Must have proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Strong business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver a defined plan.
  • A hunter mentality in building out a successful channel, leveraging existing network of channel partners.
